You might wonder what scrum is. Scrum is a form of Agile Project Management. It is one of the leading agile software development processes. It’s a proven, scalable process for managing software projects, with more than 170.000 Certified ScrumMasters worldwide. Since its origin in the ‘80s, it has become recognized as one of the best project management frameworks for handling rapidly changing or evolving projects, especially those with technology or requirements uncertainty.

So, Scrum involves working among a team, in which a product owner creates a product backlog prioritized wish list, from which the team takes small pieces from the top which they implement, in a specific amount of time, called a sprint, as I’ve already told you.
